Nestled in the heart of Abilene, just north of downtown, lie the Carver Townhomes.
Embedded in a neighborhood with a rich history of courage and resilience, the townhomes symbolize hope and possibilities.

Built in 2002, this housing development consists of 6 triplexes, with a total of 18 two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments available for rent.

AbiDE purchased the Carver Townhomes in December 2022.
Our current focus is transitioning into full management of the property and building relationships with its residents. Over time, residents will help us discern what permanently affordable regenerative community might look like in this context. The possibilities are exciting!
